What we expect

• Play fairly and use only the controls provided by the game.
• Use respectful usernames and short, match-relevant chat.
• Protect your own and other people’s personal information.
• Accept results, reconnect windows and moderation outcomes without harassment.

Not allowed

Cheating, threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, exploitation of children, fraud, impersonation, spam, doxxing, evading blocks, encouraging self-harm, or using the service to facilitate illegal activity are not allowed.

Report and block

Use the in-match or message report action for specific content and use Block to prevent further social contact. Reports should identify the actual incident and must not be used to retaliate after a loss. If there is immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency service rather than relying on an in-game report.

How we respond

We may restrict communication, remove content, suspend an account, preserve evidence or take other proportionate action. We consider context, severity, credible risk, repeated conduct and available match records. We may report suspected illegal activity where required or appropriate.

Complaints

If you believe a safety report or moderation decision was mishandled, send a written complaint to the operator address on the Contact page. Include the relevant username, approximate time and room or match code. Do not include your password.
